This notification is to advise that, as part of the refurbishment and re-cladding works on the Garage located within the Ilam (Waiutuutu) Community Gardens, Class B Asbestos removal will be undertaken between 7am and 5pm on Monday 9 June.

Facilities Management contractors will be working out of usual business hours in the Ernest Rutherford building between Wednesday 11 June and Monday 12 December.

From Wednesday 18 June, Dormer Construction will begin work at the Creyke/Ilam/Maidstone intersection as part of the Christchurch City Council Riccarton–Ilam Wastewater System upgrade.
