Getting started is simple! Here's what you need to know:

    Decide on the style of training that best suits your goals:

    • Quick Initial Consultation: Need help navigating the app, getting started, or just unsure what's right for you? This free session is for you. We'll steer you in the right direction.

    • Personal Training: Perfect for a when you want to achieve your goals more effectively and see the results faster. Our trainers are masters of motivation and their ongoing support will hold you accountabile, keeping you on your fitness journey. 

      You choose either one-on-one sessions or bring a friend and be trained together!

    • Do-It-Yourself with a Personalised Training Programme: Ideal for both first-time clients seeking a personalised exercise programme to get started, and seasoned gym users who are training towards a goal, event or sport.

  2. Book Your Session:

    • Download Our App: Make sure you've downloaded our app before you arrive (your programme and results are stored here for 24/7 access!). Get it here.

    • Book Easily: Schedule your session directly through our app or at reception.

  3. Prepare for Your Session:

    • Arrive Ready: Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. and check-in at reception.

    • What to Bring: Wear comfortable exercise clothes, closed-toe and heel shoes, a sweat towel and drink bottle. Make sure you've had something to eat and drink 30-90 minutes beforehand.

What to Expect From Your Session

When you book with us, you have two great options, tailored to your needs:

  • Personalised Programme Design: If you're looking for a programme to follow on your own, your trainer will design it specifically for you and upload it directly to your app for anytime access. We'll walk you through the programme, demonstrate exercises, refine your technique, and set initial resistance levels. You'll get a feel for the workout, but it won't be a full sweat session.
  • One-on-One (or bring a friend) Personal Training Sessions: Ready to be put through your paces? Our trainers will lead you through a dynamic workout, pushing you to work up a sweat. Every session can be different, keeping your training fresh and challenging!

⚬ Recurring Bookings: Locking in a regular time for training is the key to acheiving your goals. You can book and reserve regular recurring time slots with your trainer based on your preferred frequency, duration and availability. Ask your trainer about scheduling recurring sessions, they can book everything in bulk saving you time and locking in their availability.

Personal Training Sessions

Recommended Frequency: Weekly/Fornightly/Monthly

Prescribed Training Programme

Achieve specific goals with a custom plan. Ideal for those with a particular sport, event, or advanced fitness objective in mind. Your trainer will design a specialised, in-depth programme to help you excel.

DURATION: 60 min

Price: $80  |  $60 (΢ҕl Students)

Recommended Frequency: 6-8 weekly

  • Complimentary Follow-Up: We offer a complimentary 15-minute follow-up session to ensure your programme is perfect for you. This is your chance to ask questions and make minor tweaks. Your trainer will schedule this with you.

  • Stay Fresh: Your body adapts! We recommend updating your programme every 6-8 weeks to keep things fresh, avoid plateaus, and continue making progress.
